Beth Grigg
CEO of Ministry of Hair, Beauty & Aesthetics
Beth has been in the beauty industry for over 25 years, starting out as a nail technician she very quickly realised she’d found what she was meant to do for the rest of her life. Not knowing, that leaving a corporate position and embarking on her passion would take her on the most magical journey of her working life.
Over the next few years, Beth grew herself ferociously, thriving of every training and snippet of knowledge she could gain, eventually becoming a business owner and opening her first Ministry of Hair and Beauty in 2003. Now Ministry of Hair, Beauty & Aesthetics, and most recently launching, The Skin & Sculpt CEO, specialising in facial and body contouring techniques like no other on the market.
By her own admission, Beth is no business super brain, in fact those closest to her would say she’s a dreamer! she absolutely is, as well as an opportunist, someone who has her eyes wide open to the possibilities of life, someone who empowers others thus empowering herself, a person who never ‘accepts’ mediocre and strives for perfection in everything she does and someone who is fearless in the pursuit of what sets her soul on fire. Beth Is an exceptional beauty therapist, now an advanced beauty therapist, as she commits herself to move with the pace of the industry and always learn, a skin care expert and aesthetician as well as a semi permanent make up artist and qualified tutor/lecturer.
Beth’s at her happiest on the salon floor, with the team and her clients and if you can’t find her there, she’ll either be chatting skincare or on another course. Beth’s favourite treatments are wrinkle relaxation and advanced facials and getting her own hair done (perks of the job) with the salons styling team 🦋🦋
Georgia Briggs
Salon Manager, Senior Stylist & Beauty Therapist
Georgia is the newest stylist to the team, but with 15 years of experience she certainly brings the next level to the salon.
Georgia is the most efficient stylist and manager you’ll ever meet. She is fast paced and there is nothing in her eyes that isn’t achievable.
She loves a challenge and anything that pushes her, only serves to make her shine brighter. In fact she thrives in adversity and relishes opportunities at every moment.
Georgia is our consultation queen! She gives advice and recommendations based on every clients individual needs and that’s why she’s grown her client base super fast, but bespoke highlights and fierce blow drys are not where Georgia’s talents end. She is a natural lash artist and nail technician as well as the happiest person you’ll ever meet.
You’ll usually find Georgia charging around the salon, being busy organising us all or smiling … just because !! Her smile is absolutely infectious. Georgias favourite services are a beautiful hand crafted balayage, sculpted bespoke nails and classic and Russian lashes

Dani Knight
Nail Technician & Beauty Therapist
​Dani started her beauty career as a self taught nail technician, beginning with the task of doing her own nails, nail art and gels. This very quickly developed into a passion and her skill just grew and grew. Dani learns really quickly so these skills excelled her into the beauty industry becoming qualified in nail enhancements, lashes and beauty, massageand brow services. Everything Dani commits to she does with meticulous perfection and attention to detail.
Dani is like a sponge and it’s that open minded approach that really sets her apart. If it’s hard, she pushes herself further until she’s nailed it (excuse the pun) Dani is mum of two little pocket rockets and a clean freak, you’ll almost certainly find her at the nail table, laughing with her clients or cleaning the kitchen
Dani’s favourite treatments are elegant red nail enhancements and lash lift and tints 💖💖
Megan Jeffreys
Senior Stylist
Megan has been a stylist for 14 years. She is an expert at foiling highlights, with the neatest sections you’ve ever seen. Her beautiful nature and calm voice gives everyone who sits in her chair a warm and reassuring sense of ease. There is never any task to much for Megan and she blissfully engages with every conversation and service she has.
Megan is the practical one of the team, and gives thought to work, even when she’s not at work and is usually armed with paperwork.
Megan’s clients won’t go anywhere else as she is an exceptional stylist and a simply wonderful person. Who could blame them right? Megan loves to cut crops and edgy styles which enhance her clients beauty as well as the sassiest bangs you could ask for.
When’s she’s not highlighting or balayaging, she’s enjoying a day out with her girls por planning the next salon development. Megan’s favourite services are full heads of highlights beautify toned to blonde perfection and a crisp, sharp pixie cut to showcase her flawless finishing

Shannon Clack
Senior Therapist & Nail Technician
​Shannon is our senior beauty and holistic therapist. She has been an exceptional therapist since the day she embarked on her beauty career, being taught by Beth in collage all those years ago. She has a calm therapeutic nature and that transcends into her work ethic and level of treatment.
Shannon has been a fundamental part of every Spa she’s worked in and has very quickly gained a reputation with us for being the one who has magic hands. Her level of skill and knowledge is on another level and her professionalism exceeds expectations everyday.
When Shannon isn’t taking her clients to a holistic haven of relaxation and self care you’ll find her in her in one the beauty rooms, waxing, lifting and tinting lashes or mentoring the girls. Shannon’s favourite treatments are Lava shells, bamboo stick and pregnancy massage
