Cancellation Policy
DEPOSITS & RESCHEDULING, CANCELLATION & NO SHOWS POLICY The MOHB team always aim to provide you with a first-class professional service. To open our beautiful salon and provide sufficient staffing levels, cancellations/rescheduling and no-shows have a significant impact on our business which unfortunately, we have been experiencing a high level of. Terms and conditions are accepted by customers upon booking appointments along with a 25% - 40% deposit. (treatment specific) We have been lenient in the past with cancellations, no shows and transferring deposits and payments for clients requesting to reschedule appointments, sadly we no longer able to do so due to the impact this has on finances. We would like to politely remind you of our Booking terms and conditions policy: DEPOSITS/ RESCHEDULING: All deposits are non refundable, no mater what the circumstances, however you are able to reschedule your appointment ONCE providing a minimum of 72 hours' notice has been given. We can no longer reschedule your appointment multiple times as this results in potentially two or three lost appointments. If you provide less than 72hrs notice, you will lose your deposit option for a transfer and the full deposit amount is lost. All deposits MUST be made at the time of booking either via our online booking system, whereby you make payment yourself during the booking process, or, if in person in the salon via our card machine/payment link. For appointments booked online, the deposit must be made to ensure the reservation process has been completed and you're successfully added to our diary. CANCELLATIONS: It is possible to cancel an appointment up to 48 hours prior to attending, to allow us sufficient time to re fill your slot, however your deposit will be lost. NO SHOWS: None attendance to an appointment impacts the business hugely as another client could have taken the space with the therapist, therefore ALL NO SHOWS are required to pay in FULL for any non attended appointments and will not be able to rebook with us until payment is made. All other T&Cs applicable. New customers - A patch test is required 24-48hrs prior to your appointment, this will not be waivered under any circumstances. Please ensure you book this as a beauty consultation with your reservation and attend at least 24 – 48 hours prior to your appointment. We will not refund if a patch test has not been completed.
